Our BUILD CONFIDENCE: Gym Training & Goal Setting Package is designed to help you overcome gym anxiety, build your strength and fitness knowledge, and empower you to take control of your own fitness. Whether you're new to the gym or have been working out on your own but need direction, this package will give you the tools you need to feel confident and successful.

Our goal is to give people the confidence to workout out by themselves, without the need for workout partners or personal trainers.
This class is designed as a open-ended course. Some clients will feel prepared to work out independently after a single session, some will benefit from supervised training in further sessions. This is up to you.
